There are no refunds.
CHECK WELL BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. In the case of a size error on the part of the customer, they will assume the shipping fees (round trip) to proceed with the exchange of their order. Exchanges will be made if the item was returned within 7 days of receipt. Please note that the item must not have been worn or washed. If this is the case, the exchange will not be accepted and the return shipping will be assumed by the customer.
The fees to make the changes are on us in the event of a manufacturing defect or a model error.
