Shipping policy

NATIONAL SHIPPING (OLVA CURRIER)

PROVINCES, METROPOLITAN LIMA AND CALLAO:

The preparation time for the garment is 20 business days after confirmation of payment, after which the garments are shipped. Items are shipped by OLVA CURRIER.

Olva Courier does not provide home delivery in some areas of Lima considered dangerous. In these cases, Pukllas andean fashion is not responsible for your order being sent to the Olva office closest to your home. The holder of the package can go to the Olva office with their ID.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (SERPOST)

WE SHIP TO ALL COUNTRIES:

All orders will pay a monetary value referred to the Shipping Cost, previously accepted before payment, unless otherwise promotionally indicated. This additional amount depends on the shipping area and the rates of our logistics providers (SERPOST). If a return is generated, this charge is NOT refundable.
